Take a look at the developing bias terminal. It will also cause light copies. For pix look here:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

KM knowledge base mentioned KM3035 having this issue due bad contacts. TA colour can have this issue when the CIS cable is loose.

cant find any thing with 620/6030
Idling colour developers are not healthy developers.

Maybe KMA hasn't heard of it yet.

Take a look. Oh, and don't use any lubrication on that contact. Conductive grease will just cause more light copies and codes. =^..^=

I'm with jmaister on this one. We have had this code a few times on the TASKalfa 250ci and it was nothing but a loose ADF cable.

Thanks for all of your help but we finally found solution too the problem. There is a memory stick on the main pwb board and Nec. or Kyrocera does not carry this part right now . When i installed the main pwb it did not come with this standard memory not an upgrade. This memory was bad and did not work on copy scan or print on big spool jobs but with out it it would kick a 0610 code so i thought it was good...If anyone has this c0630 code try memory sticks from a stripper older model it was the same memory and fixed my machine....
              Thanks too all who replied.
