keeps going into a cleaning cycle. changed thermistor, web, drum flanges and electrodes and stretched the springs. any ideas appreciated. thanks t

what it the total page count on that thing? anything strange on the c-code report? image cycle is usually caused by the developing unit running a little low on toner so the machine stops to let the toner feed catch up. toner feed rollers can get crappy on higher count machines and cause chronic image cycle.

it doesn't get stuck in image cycle, it gets stuck in cleaning cycle. thanks tComment
