Problem With Toll Free Fax Number On KM-3050

I have a issue with a KM-3050 when faxing to Toll Free numbers, Im sure it has to be a setting but 1-800 & 1-877 numbers will not go through, all other numbers will go through fine, has anyone else seen this before?

Have you tried dialing these numbers on a handset connected to the fax line? Often such phone numbers are block by the PBx. If that's the case, there is nothing that you can do on the machine to override PBx settings. It's up to the company that services the PBx. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

When they connect there small desktop fax the toll free numbers go through with no problem, so don't think it's a switch or line issue

I have had 2 4050's do this. Enter sim 631 and set error correction mode (ecm) to 0 and it should work to all toll free numbers.

I entered sim 631 it had, (ecm TX - on/off) (ecm RX - on/off) and (CED Freq 2100 & 1100) didn't see how to change (ecm) to 0 just said on/off
