    hi ! i need some information from sim 699(sw) which is regarding my incoming fax always
    pick up A3 from 2tray.when i pull 2nd tray out which is receiving fax there will show install tray 2 back even there is A4 in 1tray. i have this experiened in konica minolta before where we need to change sw. there fore i need some step or information how to change sw in sim 699. THANKS for any input

      I cant find 699.

      System menu>common setting
      or
      System menu>fax
      Idling colour developers are not healthy developers.

        key in 1087 2times and key in 699 you will see it but machine must install fax card otherwise
        u wont see it , let me know the result . THANKS

          I think its a common setting. wherever you can set print or fax only drawer. they have those setting so you can put colored paper for faxes or something like that. I think you can set it to any right size paper.
