Hi friends,

i had a copy quality problem with kyocera mita km5035,

when i installed the machine the copy was great, after 5000 copies copy quality getting down, i cleaned the transfer charge roller and primary assembly, and dev unit. And also done the drum refresh but its not giving good quality what i need to do kindly help me friends

its so light, and black filling is not that much of good .

are you using oem kyocera toner or a generic toner ?

check if the right toner is installed!!! ask for the box, check the toner gears, and coupling
make some black copies
preform sim 130
if not ok=> change dev.
