KM C4035e after installing maintenance kit colors are missing on the page

After replacing all drums,dv's and transfer belt , I ran all the sims according to the manual and after trying to calibrate i only get black and yellow the cyan, magenta are missing .Is there a way to initialize developers individually or did i miss something what can be the cause. Any help appreciated Thanks

I've seen situations where the MK-825B kit has been stored stacked on one side, and all the developer has shifted all to one end of the developing unit.

What you need to do is to remove the affected developing units. Take the first dev unit and shake it end-to-end, tipping it towards the end that doesn't fill in. Then hand drive the developing unit to see how the developing roller fills in (not the topmost roller, the roller just below it.

You say: "How do I hand drive the developing unit?" Just save the coupler gear from one of those old developing units. Glue it to an appropriately sized shaft, then attach a drive handle (like a fuser knob).

I've tried doing the developer refresh four times consecutively, and it doesn't help. Also drum refresh four times consecutively, and that didn't help. Once you get the image filled in, you can re-do the color calibration. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
