Taskalpha 250ci not adding cyan toner

hi
i have a taskalpha 250ci which is constantly saying to add toner.
i have changed the tone supply motor but the problem reappeared after about 2 weeks.
In status page no cyan toner being recognised . This machine has only 1200 colour copies on it and the toner motor is working as running with toner bottle out it is turning
If i manually add toner to the dev tank the no toner message disappears but come back after running high coverage cyan prints
Any help apprieciated

has the cyan dev been replaced for testing yet? have you checked the toner cartridge?

when you say not recognized do you mean the status page display C as empty or cyan gauge is not there at all?

Is there any obstruction btwn toner cartridge and the dev opening?

havent changed the dev yet as when i put toner directly into the tank the add toner message goes. When i check the status page the cyan gauge is not there at all with the original bottle however if i put in a new bottle it reads full
