KM 2560 code F14F when toner runs out

    [Error Code] KM 2560 code F14F when toner runs out

    Arround 12k prints, in case when toner runs out, the machine gifs error code F14F.
    Service Manual says F14F has to do with LVPS power supply.
    This problem accurs with 2 machines.
    Somewone a solution

      Yes cf14f is related to the power supply. Most of the time it's after a brownout that the power supply gets blown.

      On the other hand, a firmware upgrade couldn't hurt. =^..^=

      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Yes i update the firmware to the latest version (main 037.001/MMI 037.002) and also replaced the LVPS PCB.
