Copystar CS-1815 send error 1101
I have a Copystar CS-1815, Im trying to setup the Scan to Email. I am receiveing send error 1101. Any ideas on what this error means? Thanks

I dug through the 1820 manuals. There are no scan to email errors listed.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

thank you, i actually figured it out. seems the copystar wasnt registering the dns servers properly so the smtp server name never got resolved. so i replaced the server name with the server ip and no more errors. scan to email is working properly.Comment
