[Misc] paper misfeed problem in ADF in KM 3035

I have checked all DP motor from service mode but when i start copying then paper misfeed problem occurs in DP(document processor).

can any one tell me how to check all sensors of document processor from service mode.

any guidence is greatly appreciated..
