Sounds like your tablet operation panel has possibly got a lose connection or gone out. If you have another around you can try swapping that to see if its the problem...if it isn't it is probably going to be the board in there and such...but I'd start troubleshooting with a known good panel first...

I just had the exact same problem last week. Took the display apart, re-seated all the connections. Updated firmware, and still didnt respond. Ordered a new touch panel for it. Swapped out the machine with a loaner for my customer in the interim. Plugged the 2560 in at our office, and it worked fine. Probably a loose connection, but tech support told me that if you take the display apart and put it back together it might work temporarily, but you'll need to replace that "tablet panel". Also, check to see if it is the updated panel. The old panels had a removable DIMM on the PCB. new boards have it built in. The old boards caused the screen to go blank, but there could be more than one problem with them.

The previous comments apply to a bad touch panel, but if your just not getting any reaction at all it's possible that you've got some grit between the top cover and the touch panel. If the panel is detecting contact somewhere (even along the edge) it will not respond to the second contact.

My suggestion is to remove the touch panel and carefully clean the edge of the plastic cover and the surface of the touch panel, especially at the edges. When you re-assemble it I think you'll find that it works just fine. I have never had to replace a touch panel on a Stratos or Falcon III. At least a dozen were restored by cleaning only.

I have replaced 5 or 6 VoyagerE touch panels at locations that do a lot of scanning. The additional panel use seems to wear out specific areas of the touch panel, and can cause it to mis-register the touch up to 25mm too far to one side or the other. It's usually the left side of the touch panel that wears out first. That's where the scan functions mainly are. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
