    kyocera km 2550 error c0960

    display says error c0960 .What is the developer board? and what can I do to solve this code?.Thanks.

      It's the little crum chip in the developing unit identifies the unit's serial number, copy count, and compatibility with the engine.

      So the chip itself could be bad, the developing unit may be incompatible (did you just change it?), or there may be a wiring problem between the chip and the main PWB. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        thanks for your answer,but there are two chips, one of them is near to battery and a memory and another is on board in the middle of the machine with several conectors. what is the developed board.thanks.

            After changing the board or developing unit, make sure that you insert the developing unit connector correctly on the engine PCB. There are two similar terminals on the engine pcb, if it is inserted in the wrong terminal, new developing unit board will also burn.
