brain teaser, jam 74 75 on DP-750B. feeds only 1 paper through and jam code is displayed. loaded latest firmware about 2 change sensors next. any other advice?

The manual recommends testing: Sim U244 for DPTSW1, Sim U243 for OFM, OCM
Possible solutions: 1) Defective DPTSW1, 2) Defective original feed motor (OFM), original conveying motor (OCM).

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Check if the black plastic frame holding pickup roller and feed belt is broken. The little plastic hook holding up the lead edge. if it's broken and hangs down a bit too far you'll get wierd jams.Comment

i tested said switches and motors according to the service manual, all was well. I replaced the DP original feed belt and DP forwarding pulley because the paper was jamming from that section ,no joy. I replaced the DP timing switch 2 (DPTSW2) no joy.Comment
