The Alphard's have a new method of keeping the transfer belt centered. Essentially the transfer belt mounting is tweaked to make the belt move back toward the center. I'd start by investigating the little motor/worm gear drive/cam that perform this operation. Please keep us informed. I've got quite a few of these going out in the near future. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The fusers on these models have a tendency to shred the skin on the rollers. There was also an issue with the spring on one of the drive gears being too weak, but I think they may have fixed that. Just a head's up...
