C0330 error code

changed mode setting in MM935 on Taskalfa 620 from 1 to 0 to match settings on another copier to correct alignment problem, but cannot change back to mode 1 and now a C-0330
error code is displayed. Please help!

It sounds to me like this machine had a Relay PWB communication error before you arrived. The "1" setting is designed to allow the machine to temporarily operate until the communication error has been resolved. It's not intended as a permanent fix.

The manual suggests: 1) Reseat YC26 @ main PWB & relay PWB, 2) Replace relay PWB, 3) Replace Main PWB.
When the communication problem has been resolved the machine will let you select the "0" setting. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
