New 25/30 cpm machines with single cassette.

We have discovered with these machines that you need to disable auto ip when configuring the device on customer network after registering a static ip address in settings. If you dont switch off auto ip as well as dhcp it will not hold the static ip, apart from that we have no other problems - yet!
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

The Auto IP feature has the same affect on the Alphard series. Regardless of what static IP you set, it still chooses another. I've been turning Auto IP Off. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
