I know I know, this machine should be in a Museum, but it is not, so I have to work on it, It all started with a C2000 code, According to the Manual it is the Drive Motor (Main Motor possibly, dont remember of the top of my head) I ordered the Motor and when I received it, I swapped the Motor, turned it on and issue still there, after a power cycle I had the C2000 and a C4000 (The Laser Unit Scanned Motor), Called Tech support, they told me to disconnect every single 24V load, then connect every single one, one by one until power drops, now I've gone to this place 3 times so far and have been able to pin point the issue, anyone has had this issue before (C2000 and C4000) and if you've had, what did you do to fix it, if I can narrow it down to an area, instead of disconnecting every single 24V load testing (which will take me ages to pin point) I would greatly appreciate it.

If it was just a C2000, I would have guessed a drum unit, but then you have a C4000 code related to the LSU. It is possible that you have two bad parts, but more likely is that you need to replace your main charge unit. I have seen those charge units short out and cause some strange issues. Might not be the problem. Tried replacing MAIN PWB and getting a weird issue, on MFP Boot, the Lift Motors begin to lift the paper, it will not detect the sensor when the paper reaches the top and motor continues to lift. nothing happens after that, just keeps trying to lift the paper. The Old Main PWB will not activate the motors, but it will continually Cycle boot. Tech Support had said to disconnect every single 24V loads and connect one by one. Neither Main PWB gets to the Error codes. THis one is Driving me NUTS.
PS> The Side Actuator seems fine.

I agree with Spleeny, check your cover interlocks, I have seen the left side cover switch cause C2000 issues on more that one occasion. They work OK for letting the machine know the cover is closed but they won't be a dead short when actuated if you meter them.Comment

On a Sharp color machine I had one with enough fuser oil vapor in and around the switch that blue and orange flames started to shoot out of the main power switch. It was quite exciting, and totally unexpected. I just stood there like an idiot, transfixed by the flames. How do you dowse an electrical fire? I don't know ... =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Once the switch had melted down to an oozing, flaming ball of goo the flames just went out all by themselves. Success due to inaction! That's my new motto. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Seen a C2000 code before on this model as the charge was filthy! Could try to replace or clean that. Also the conveying gears below the main motor become very sticky over time so worth removing the whole conveying section and giving that a good clean as well. Not the quickest job in the world but not too bad once you know what to do.Comment
