i have a thought that if we are able to set eject motor timing in KM 4035 then this paper jamming will get resolved.Can anyone tell me how to set or configure eject motor timing in Km 4035.

Exchange both optical sensors in the Eject/Reverse unit. Usually it gets just very dirty or similar like mustard color residue from paper fumes going through fuser on top of these sensors.. We had loads of these units failing after few years due to the residue or just simply failure of those sensors(switches)
If that does not help, than clean up the duplex clutch. and obviously all duplex rollers and pulleys. The same apply to eject section, dissaselmble and clean up all you can.
It should work.
I have never needed to adjust the timing.
