    taskalfa 820

    hi all
    i have 5 machines task alfa 820 all are working fine only one machine slow print slow response.
    i am thinking about dimm memory or the print system it self ?
    same printer driver for all but only this machine very slow ...
    any idea ? thank you

      It was a good idea to test print from the laptop. You've already ruled out network & driver installation.

      The things I would try? In this order:
      1) Re-install/upgrade/replace image memory.
      2) Print maintenance report & network settings. Perform U020 Memory Clear. Re-enter maintenance report values.
      3) Replace printer NIC.

      Good luck. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              i test it from my laptop but same result .
              today im going to change printer card with a dimm memory . from my side i will try to clear memory as a last option

                      i went today to customer side i changed the dimm memory and machine working fine now
