    hello friends
    this week i had a lot of problems with my machines ....!
    i have task alfa 820 copies are OK print out from PC also OK just when i try to print counter or service call or jam code it's print full black any idea ...?
    by the way i changed HDD and laser but still the same .....?

      I can't remember what model it was, maybe Saturn, but it wouldn't print any internal reports. Not like an image problem, it just wouldn't allow it.

      Firmware fixed that one. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I had something like this happen on a 4035 machine once. The service reports all came out with black blocks where the information should be. I 906'd the machine and the reports came out like normal.

            You can collect the log data in U964, So can forward to Kyocera. They can trace for you.
