Taskalfa 300ci intermittent fade vertical lines on print out

Our Taskalfa 300ci has intermittent fade vertical lines on print out.

This machine has almost 83K print out and some times intermittent fade vertical lines appear on the paper during print job.

    Any Idea?

When you say vertical, does that mean main-scan direction (cross-feed) or sub-scan direction (feed direction)?

If they are cross-feed and appear on your U089 Gray test patterns, I'd look at primary charge for the affected color(s).
If it's feed direction, I would suspect severe overtoning dumping toner on the laser slit glass. That laser slit glass cleaner cycles periodically, and would make it disappear unexpectedly.

Both conditions can be intermittent. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It's intermittent the fade vertical lines are gray.

It's happen intermittent so U089 was not useful for me.

If I make the laserscanner cleaning cleaned more frequent that would help?

Am I just dense, or did you not answer this question? (crossfeed versus feed direction, or main-scan versus sub-scan direction). "Vertical" depends on the orientation of the original and the orientation of the copy paper, and you have not told me either.

You can increase the frequency of the laser scanner cleaner, but I think it would be better to resolve the overtoning. It always works out better when you fix the cause rather than the consequences.
