    [Error Code] KYOCERA KM1635

    hello every technician ...l know this is my second thread about this problems ...a error code E6000 in km1635 ...despite l tray controlled all component for her fusion section but all parts is good ..please can anyone help me to result this problems ..it have solution to reinitialized this machine ..??

    Reset the error with U163.

        Does that mean that you cleared the error? =^..^=
        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          this error also related to power supply also if all parts are good

            @ black cat.i have a km1635 that is bringing this error c6000.fuser unit and power board are tested OK on another machine. i cannot enter stimulation mode to clear the error.what can be the cause of this
            Do not find fault, find a Remedy, anybody can complain.

              The only way that you'll clear the error is by entering service mode, sim U163. That's it.

              Opening the front door, then try to enter service mode. =^..^=

                Make sure that all the numbers are working fine try 3036,3036 good luck!!!

                  Remember you can pop the thermostat if all else is good. I prefer whipping it against the ground.
