please i have a km1635 at a customer site, it bringing error c6000.the machine is not allowing me to enter the stimulation mode to reset the error.the fusing unit and power board has been tested OK on another machine.can this be from the engine board?

AFAIK your copier does not have a stimulation mode. Around here, a lot of us get excited about copiers, but the machines stay calm and subdued. Hardly a reaction at all.
Now if you'd like to enter simulation mode, make sure it is in the copy mode then press 10871087.
I'm getting excited just thinking about it. Maybe there is a stimulation mode after all ... =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

hello in past time l have the same problems with this km 1635 ..well if your fusion section is good ...enter in mode save 10871087 and chosen this simulation u163 click ok ...this copier was reinitialise that ...stop and start this machine ....after there he function very well ..good luck ...BEST TECHNICIAN .
