[Misc] Intermittant imaging problems Kyocera FS-1028MFP (Olivetti d-Copia 283MF)

Hi all,

I am relatively new to print and have a customer who has been experiencing intermittant imaging problemsphoto.JPG such as the attached image and also feignt copies\prints. The copier has recently had a maintenance kit installed which included new Dev unit and Drum unit, it has also had a fuser unit in the past 6 months as a user managed to damage the old one trying to retreive a jam. Could this be the transfer roller?

I would suspect that the drum unit is making poor contact
