Hello every one,I installed a machine km-6025 for printing and copying .After installing km -net accounting sees d km6025 on network d only problem is that there is a padlock beside d machine, so if u try to add into km net acc, it prompts u to enter a code before it can be added. I have tried various versions of km-net acc including version 2.4 but still de same.does it mean km-net acc cannot be used on this machine or I need a particular version of km net to achieve diz,some one pls help out

This particular model may be too new to be included in the current level of KM-Net for Accounting. I believe the new Alphard series are not yet included either. Watch for updates on KM-Net for Accounting. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
