Fuser Unit Fuse Cut Problem. The fixing temperature remains at 0C/32F for 30 sec continuously when the fixing heater is On. 1) Read resistance across thermistors. If infinite resistance replace thermistor, 2) Check YC10 @ main PWB, 3) Pinout harnass.

It's either the thermistors, the harness, or the main PWB. Those are the choices, in that order. Have you done a U163 fuser error reset?

You won't find many techs nowadays that will attempt board level repairs. The components have gotten so small that you can hardly see the damn things, let alone handle them with any degree of confidence. If it comes down to the main PCB, replace it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
