    Konica KM 3530 Firmware

    Hey guys, i just wanted to know if anyone could send me the newest firmware update of a Konica KM 3530 as that is the only other possible thing that i have left to do, in my attempt to finish this service call. Please let me know how much you want for the firmware, as i am not asking for the firmware update for free.

      Are you sure about that? Or maybe Kyocera Falcon I? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              what's the problem? i think the only major firmware release was for dirty backsides.

                  The problem is that i am unable to make it print out the confirmation report after sending a fax, and after replacing the fax boards and using the 906 simulation code, i still have not been able to make it print the confirmation report. So i called Kyocera to get assistance and they recommended updating the firmware, and since that is the only thing i haven't done yet, i figured i might as well try that and see if it works, so i can finally fix the customers machine.

                      I had a Falcon III printing solid black maintenance reports. Firmware fixed that one. =^..^=
