Replaced all the tires and 1 way bearings. called tech support and no help at kyocera The pages jam at the finisher entrance at the first delivery roller and the paper is not in the delivery roller itself any ideas?

Re: taskalfa 820 jams p 82 only drawer 2
The only thing that makes any sense to me, is that perhaps you're getting a mild paper skew from tray #2 pickup that doesn't snag up until it gets to the finisher. If that was indeed the case, the printed image on those pages would be slightly askew. It's something you could test for.
I don't have any of the CS-820's in the field, but I do have their predecessor the CS-8030. You might look at the mylars around the separation roller. They're known to wear. Please let me know what you find. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Does it happen if you perform the task from tray 1 or 3 or the mp tray, if it doesn't then your looking at a time out issue from tray 2. There are 2 sensors on the feed deck, take them out and put an extra turn on the spring on the sensor arm and do the same to the exit sensor, just after the fuser. Fixed most jams for me. Blackcat is right about the mylars aswell, although they are different int the 820 than the 8030.Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.Comment

Re: taskalfa 820 jams p 82 only drawer 2
I am about to post a similar (but not quite) problem in the forum. When stapling or offset sort, the machine used the siding roller to store pages. It's the big one that lifts up with the cover. The are two sensors, one to the left of the roller, just below sub-tray exit, and one under a spring loaded plate just prior to where the hole puncher would go. The one under the spring loaded plate especially likes to collect dust. Make sure these are clear. No off to post my problem. Good luck.Comment

J82 is usually the first page has not been deflected around the buffer roller in the finisher, if you replace the solenoid for the deflector in the finisher p# 3H327420 it should fix the fault.Comment
