    bushing transfer

    Hi,

I have a fs4000 with a broken bushing transfer (right side ,black one)
I ordered a new one,but my question is how to replace this in the easiest way.
Have someone done this before on a fifth generation printer?

    thanks in advance

    Re: bushing transfer

I haven't done it myself, but I understand there is no easy way. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Dude, you gotta order more than one. The process of replacing these is enough to snap em easily.

Just be mindful of the tiny gear on the right.

After removing the engine board, i could see that it was not necessary to remove the engine board.
Next time i take the easy way,and fix it in about 15minutes (incl. drinking a cup of coffee ).
