[CQ] Need Smart Answer!

Dear Friends,
I have TASKalfa 250CI machine connected to 6 computer via 3 networks( 2 PCs via Network one, 2 PCs via Network two and the last 2 PCs via 3rd network) I have strange problem that when I need to print from any PC via Network 2 and 3 the result is not clear print ( I mean the picture not perfect ) but when I print from the 2 other PC on network one the result is great for same picture.

I restore the machine to default and I rest the network and it get little bit better but it still not that clear.

Could you help me or advice me please?

First, are all 6 comps using the same driver? Is it the same file? Are the prints done during the same time period, and not days apart? Can you attach samples? Are the comps using the same edition of the software to print the file?

Also how are the print drivers loaded? Are they printing to a shared driver on a server or a locally loaded driver?

I've seen a similar problem like this where the drivers were loaded on a server that was 32bit and the client was 64bit. If you either load the 64 bit on the server (a bit of a pain) or put the printer on each individual machine, I bet it will solve your problem.

I've seen problems where customers are using a 32 bit driver on a server to print from a 64 bit machine. BIG problems.
