    [Electrical] Kyocera FS-4000DN Fuser smoking

    I have a FS-4000DN smell burning from the fuser area. We have replace a new fuser but still doing the same thing. Have anyone here cross this problem please advise. I also need the new firmware for this model could someone help!

      I believe you're seeing steam instead of smoke... it's just coming from the moisture in the paper.
