    TASKalfa 3550ci no coveridge on first 2/3 off paper 1 st. print from sleep mode

    Does anyone experiance this problem. No problems when starting copying from sleep mode - only print mode 1. print missing image all colours for 2. thirds of A4 paper

      Maybe firmware, Ver 3 just released

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              is print job sized correctly ?

                  hi,

                  have the same fenomena on a TA-3050CI.
                  changed dev k and dk k, transfer release motor no success.
                  We changed the machine by a new one.
                  now i'm going to change the HV-board.

                      Hi all, just wondered if this problem was resolved, i`m having (sort of) a similar issue, i`m getting no cyan whatsoever on the page, all other colours are fine, machine only done 100k ish, tried a new drum and dev unit, no change, im returning tomorrow with a transfer belt and laser from a doner machine, if that doesn`t work, i`m thinking HV board related?

                      Any thoughts appreciated.
