To download firmware you need to have an account, so telling you the website makes no sense.

        KMAConnect

        I think that's what you want. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

thanks blackcat but i needed the euro version, possibly the same firmware i needed but you never know!

well after going home this morning i got to my PC.

Login | KYOCERA MITA - laserprinter, printer, copier, multifunctionals

Now eric, i'll class this as a slight misunderstanding with the translation into what i was after.

I have access to kyocera as my company is a main dealer for kyocera, ricoh, sharp, lexmark and HP and as such I have passwords and links to the correct addresses but on this occasion I was away from home PC and did not know the address which I made clear in my post.

I take it that your UK login doesn't work on the North American site? =^..^=
