Hi i have a problem with Kyocera Mita KM-4030 (see attached image). The paper folds every time i use the duplex 1sided → 2sided also on 2sided → 2sided (via ADF) ....but!!! the problem only appears on A3, 11"x17", 8 1/2"x11" (landscape) and A4 (landscape). Duplexing is okay on 8 1/2"x13", 8 1/2"x14", 11"x8 1/2" (portrait) A4 R (portrait). All 4 paper trays are working good. Thank you very much.

i'm really not sure but when i try to stop the machine (forced paper jam), the paper folds somewhere between the registration and fusing unit. By the way when the duplexing starts as i observe, the first copy is okay and, no fold but when the paper makes its way for the second copy that's where the fold occur. I have tried replacing fusing unit and duplex transfer unit but still no luck

Try to change the duplex clutch and switch... I had the same problem in km 4050......after replacing this , machine is working fine......Comment
