Help Touch Screen on a KM-5050. We go out one day & do U201 touch sreen works fine! Customer comes in next day login button on the touch screen not working. Not sure what to do about this!

Did you upgrade the firmware? Firmware should resolve this. If that doesn't help, replace the touch panel (2GR45050). -

Personally, I've never had firmware make any difference. I'll usually disassemble the panel to make sure that there is no grit that sneaked in along the edge of the screen. If that doesn't work, or if it comes back replace the tablet. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

BlackCat is 100% correct, I also have never had Firmware fix a defective tablet PCB, touch screenComment
