hola mi problema es con una km-3060 que le actualize el firmware y ya no quiso arrancar y no tiene swich para resetear el panel quisiera saber como se resetea sin el swich

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Does the firmware complete or give an error, I have had the Firmware error out while upgrading. I do not think that on this model there is any firmware associated with the operation unit. I have run into the actual Flash Chips have a corrupt file that inhibits the firmware from completing. If this is the case you will need to have the main board repaired. The Flash Chips will have to be removed and erased, then manually programed on a ROM burner.Comment
