KM-C2630 Fuser Jams

I've had many issues with the KM-C2630 jamming and finally got some real answers. Attached are a couple of files that may help. The parts listed are not currently available, at least not several weeks ago. In the mean time we replaced both the upper and lower exit guides and used Ai2310 lower sep claws and springs. So far that seems to help. Anyone else encounter this problem? What have you tried?

Thanks for the info, We never sold the KM-C2630 due to Kyocera's fine track record with color copiers, but we have a handful of FS-C8026 machines floating around, and one that has had some jamming issues in the past. We corrected the issue with a change in paper but this might be the fix.

UPDATE!! KM-C2630 FS-C8026

Kyocera finally has the fuser sep claw upgrade available. Part # 302BG94210 cost $98.26 each.
