hi guys i have a mita km 2550 and the print out is entirely black reading the service manual is says that is propably the charge corona, change from another machine but still i have the same problem, have any ideas???

The copies and prints are black? Have you attempted to print anything from the service mode with the same result? Could be that you need to replace the entire drum unit, but you should be able to determine what is causing it. Such as an improperly seated MC unit, or (less likely) that the cleaning blade is not cleaning the drum. You could also try cleaning any of the grounding points on that unit.I must have a prodigious quantity of mind; it takes me as much as a week sometimes to make it up - Mark TwainComment

Like he said: poor contact to primary charge or drum ground can both produce this same effect. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

thanks guys for the repply i have the same copy (black) even printing for the service menu or regular copy i have been very confuse so i got a the hole kit for this machine i hope this will solve my problem

If anyone has been working on anything in the back, it is possible the small control board behind the drum/charge unit is not seated correctly... check the contacts to insure they are in the correct positionComment
