There is a bulletin out B227-2KZ-0009 that deals with abmornal noise. I think that the tech I work with had this problem and found the bulletin. He ordered the parts recomended (which are back ordered). You might want to look at it.

The implication here is that the the exit guide is warping as a result of fuser heat, and the friction between the shaft and the fuser guide is the squeak. Also the exit rollers (and fuser) must also be turning slowly at idle to minimize flat spots on the pressure roller. I thought we were done with machines that rotate the fuser at idle. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The main reason for the fuser idling is that this model use induction heating, and that is something that I think we will see a that a lot of in the future.
