Re: Kyocera KM C2525e Has anyone seen this before?
There aren't that many possibilities.
Since the cyan is the only color out of time and distorted, it rules out the transfer belt and drive, since the adjoining colors are also transferring simultaneously and would show a similar effect.
Personally I'm leaning towards the cyan drum drive.
If the report is printed Letter = 11" x 8 1/2" (as opposed to Letter R = 8 1/2" x 11") the cyan drum blade might have flipped, or the cyan cleaning unit had excessive drag, the drum motor might slow down, or vary speed. Or if the cyan drum drive coupler was stuck-in or disengaging. Or if the drum motor was worn out. Or if the motor driver board failed.
Also possible: If this report was printed Letter R = 8 1/2" x 11" (as opposed to Letter = 11" x 8 1/2"), it would have to be the cyan laser.
Based on the color registration print it would have to be the former.
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
