I dont see it in the manual... I would assume you need to send the pic to your Kyocera parts rep to have them get a part number for you...

Did you try calling or emailing the manufacturer direct? I have had luck with REALLY hard to find things before doing that.

I can't find anything like that in the manual, not even missing an item number. It's as though there is a diagram missing.

It's time for the epoxy and coathanger, until you can get a number. =^..^=

I've had this situation before where the parts not listed in the manual - booklet maker for a km-8030 stapler clinchers? spoke to kyocera and they didnt know, waited for an answer from japan............. In the end got kyocera to take it from one of there demonstration machines they had at head office and sent the faulty one back to them.

can only recommend speaking to your kyo rep or getting your manager to lay it on them how important the account is.

Finisher changed today at least they can have a look on the wear @ the head office, if they interested when sent back.

If you're curious, yesterday I downloaded a newer version of the parts manual, and it's still not there. Not even an illustration.
That's one kind of fix, anyway. =^..^=

that is the bit I was looking for, I recently received this bulletin also. Thank you. The problem, was solved by exchanging of the finisher as the wear out had to be checked.

The parts in the parts guide that are not in the parts guide are the parts that NEVER break, so why would you need a part that is not in the parts guide...???????
