km 5035 when m using 70gsm paper crumple at trail edge.If using 80gsm is ok.

either a lot of moisture in the 70gsm or the lower fuser roller has a lot of wrinkles in the coating.

does it crease at fuser?
replace fuser
if before fuser
check vertical transport unit ( where jam sensor breaks )Comment
