TASKalfa 305 Finisher Failure/906 Where are you?

Well the geniuses decided that the smaller printer based models to include the aforementioned device do not need sims 906 or 163. Let's just get rid of sim 001 to properly exit Maint Mode and have to power cycle the unit instead... oh wait!! But seriously, in lieu of 906 and 163, at least on the 255/305 you have System Menu/Counter -> Adjust/Maint -> Sevice Setting -> Enable Repaired Unit -> Start. Device will reboot and the device and accessories will be on speaking terms once again. Note: Enable Repaired Unit will only appear if a problem exists.

Yeah, this came up on a Hanabi (CS-255C). I found it totally by accident, after browsing to U906 a dozen times, and still finding nothing there, then just roaming through the menus.

You've got to give Kyocera one thing though. The little color boxes produce amazingly vivid color. We were demo-ing a FS-C2526 against an Oki. Ordinarily I'd say it would be no contest, Oki for sure. But the FS-C2526 gave truer colors than the Oki, especially with "vivid colors" enabled, and 28# 100 brightness paper. Sure, the Oki toner is glossy, but the colors were a couple shades darker across the board. I was able to find a couple of electronic test patterns with faces that looked much better than the muddy super-saturation of the Oki. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
