Fs-9530 printer with pf-750 lct. when power up error message add paper to tray 3. check unit and found it will print when paper is loaded in left side of lct. Right side of lct is not lifting at all. swapped feed unit and right side will now lift, but not move paper to the left. This is a new printer, but the lct is used. I also checked for broken plastic, the one that hold the metal plate and it is ok. Anyone seen this problem.

Check that the lift motor coupler is spring loaded, and moving freely. The plastic shaft lift motors will tend to twist like a helix, and bind the coupler.
On a few I have taken the time to file out the coupler so it moves freely. On others I've just replaced it. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
