hi guys, please need urgent help. the machine when booting up goes to self diagnostic and gives the "error code F1D6" and it stays there. cannot also go into service mode

Is this a new machine you just unboxed or has it been in the field a while? The code is not listed in the service manual but generally codes in that area, you are looking at a board or bad firmware if you just upgraded it. Reseat connectors including Doc Processor if the machine was moved to a new location.

hi, its been in the field. i did as per your instruction and updated the firmware and now it gives another error code"F000" it looks like the RAM. what would be your suggestion?Comment

F000 is definitely a firmware problem. My next try would be to replace the CODE DIMM, then re-load firmware. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
