    KM2525e fuser drive clutch

Just a quick one to see if this is common.Has anyone replaced the fuser drive clutch on a km2525e before to cure highly intermittent J41/J42?
    Thanks.

Yes, I have several times. Also lube bushings and shafts on the drive assembly for noise.

Thanks Kyodude,we have around 25/30 of these and haven't had this yet, although now I suspect another machine is behaving similarly but has gone under the radar as it didn't come to a head yet like it did with this machine.

Oh, yeah. The bushings are worn to nothing, and it's just a ball of rust if you get to 900K. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
