Good morning people of the toner lung...I have a 3035 that won't recognize or lift tray 2 or the 3000K sheet feeder.Tried swapping lift motors,connections,etc but no help. Intravia manual doesn't say anything about this message.

I would go into Maint Mode (10871087) and run 906. Something probably jammed up and caused the drawers to disable. -

If the U906 reset doesn't help, you may have a shorted lift motor that has toasted the engine board circuitry. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
