    CD1080 (KM8030) Lift motor Cassette 1

just a question is this motor the same as for DCopia8200 (TaskAlfa820) ? Physically ?

    CD1080 (KM8030) - 302FB07300
    Dcopia 8200 TA820 - avgr13069t

I know they are different part numbers.
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

    Just out of curiousity ...

Are you having some sort of lift motor problem requiring a new improved part? According to the Copystar parts manuals the lift motor part numbers are the same. I haven't had any reason to suspect lift motor problems. Mostly just paper behind the trays.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      HI,

it starts to lift paper to a 80% of full height of the lift and then it comes with rather grinding noise and step down bangs...until it eventually lifts to the full height it takes about 3 times the normal lift time, I always check for paper behind cassettes.

I think the initial problem was the paper stuck behind, I just found that the tray has been kicked by a customer and it was clear that it was a bit stuck inside. I cleaned everything I could all paper bits taken out and though yay lifts and works..only few days after they said it wont work properly, when loaded with more than half a rim of paper.

So lift motor it should be.

I have ordered TA 820 motor already is just out of stock so waiting is pain, if I don't get it by the end of the week, I will take it from 8030

      Thanks BlackCat!
