Hi, The machine is KM-3530. I would like to ask if is there a way that I can combine Folio and 8.5"x14"? Paper size i use is 8.5"x13" and 8.5"x14" I use any of the destination on U252 but won't work. Any suggestion? Thank you very much.

I don't understand your request. Do you want all documents that are 8 1/2" x 13" and 8 1/2" x 14" to come out on one of those paper sizes? There is no "Auto A4" function for folio/legal. Machines of this era will not substitute ledger for A3 either.
How many trays on this machine? Do you have enough trays to set up a separately a folio and a legal tray, then let them auto paper select? I think that's your only option. Honestly I don't know if that document feeder can ever recognize folio, but print paper selection should not be a problem. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Here is my set up:
U252: INCH
U217: 8.5"x13" is ON
U035: LENGTH DATA:350 i base it on the size of 8.5"x14" WIDTH DATA:216 "
paper on 1st tray: A4
paper on 2nd tray: A4
paper on 3rd tray: 8.5"x13" but the display on panel is 8.5"x14"
paper on 4th tray: 8.5"x14"
Here is the scenario
The client prints an 8.5"x14" file from the pc, it automatically print (this is the clients request and priority)
The client prints an 8.5"x13" file from the pc, don't print automatically, must go to machine and select tray and press GO
The client prints an A4 file from the pc, it automatically print.
Here is the problem now, when the client copy an A4 original from the Feeder or Platen Glass the output looks like it is moved (which i suspect that maybe it is because U252 is INCH and not EUROPE?)I try to change the U252 to EUROPE, A4 now is good on Feeder and Platen Glass, also on Printingbut now 8.5"x14" don't print automatically, must go to machine and select tray then press GO.also same on 8.5"x13". Display on the Panel is now FOLIO.
Copying on Feeder and Platen Glass is good on 8.5"x13" and 8.5"x14".Comment

I understand now. I don't think that you'll be able to get the cassettes to simultaneously recognize European & Inch sizes. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
