    Kyocera taskalfa 300ci services error C2102

    Hi guys,

    I need help I got a services error C2102.
    It refer to the CMY developers motors.
    Somebody knows how to solve this issue.

          I'd start by hand driving the developing units to determine if you've got a seized one. If all are OK, next consider installing new style developing motors.

          If there has been recent work on the back of the machine it is very easy to pinch one of the motor wires to frame ground. I've done it myself.

          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              hi,
              there is an SB for this issue.
              please change the proper motor and check as if ther is no cable pinched between motor and frame.
              this is quite realistic.
